Letter from our Recruitment Director

Hi everyone! My name is Sofia Padoan, and I am the Primary Recruitment Director for the Eta Rho Chapter of Kappa Kappa Gamma at Cal Poly. I am so grateful for this position and to be able to share what it means to be a KKG with Cal Poly and the SLO community. 

Panhellenic provides so many opportunities to find the home that is right for you, with academic support, new friendships, and countless leadership opportunities across many chapters. There is truly a place for everyone in Panhellenic.

Going through formal recruitment during my first year at Cal Poly was the best decision I could have made. My favorite part about Kappa is the tight knit sisterhood that develops across all members. From breakfast burritos at the beach, to bouquet making at the house, the process brought new best friends, future roommates, study buddies, and a support system for me to get through both the best, and some of the tougher college moments.

I cannot wait to share what Kappa means to me this fall and to welcome all PNMs to our home!
